From there, after we receive your order, if you select Manual payment please do  contact us to confirm your order by completing the payment process. Your order will then be confirmed! When will I receive my order?

After ordering, we use 5-10 days to complete your order, when shipped it can take 5-10 days depending on the address. A tracking number will be sent to you once it is shipped and available

we only accept returns if the product is damaged (in transit) and the damage needs to be reported within  12 hours after its delivered with an unboxing video.
